Return timeframe

Items may be returned within 14 days of your order date for a refund
(excluding delivery charges), in line with distance selling regulations.

Non-returnable items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Swimwear
• Underwear
• Face coverings
• Beauty products

Condition of returned items

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned:

• Unworn and unused
• In perfect condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging

We cannot accept items that are worn, soiled, damaged, marked with makeup or tan,
or that carry smoke or other odours.

If returned items do not meet these requirements, they will not be accepted and you
may need to arrange collection or cover return delivery costs.

Refunds

Refunds are guaranteed only when items are received in perfect condition and
within the stated 14-day timeframe, calculated from the date shown on your delivery note.

Items received outside this timeframe may be returned to the original delivery address
at your own cost.

Please include your delivery note inside the parcel and clearly indicate the reason
for return so we can trace your order and process your refund quickly.

Return postage

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
